Yen'sha ("Edge")[1], was a Yautja Young Blood aboard the Kjuhte-Bhu'ja. Yen'sha was sent on a Xenomorph hunt with his brother Ku'dlak and clanmate R'ka to the Xenomorph-infested human vessel, the Theseus, to complete their Blooding Ritual. All three were successful in achieving the Blooded rank, though things were complicated when R'ka is infected by a Facehugger.

Hunt aboard the Theseus[]
Upon realizing that the nearby 'ooman' vessel was infested with Xenos, Elder Predator Set-Thwei deemed the matter a perfect opportunity for the three Young hunters earn the rank of Blooded, sending them on their way with the reward of a Plasmacaster if they return.
Within the Theseus, Edge preformed the most admirably of the three hunters. Using his Smart Disc, he managed to claim the first Xeno kill of the hunt, and was in the lead. He encountered the human, Slick, while killing the alien, but spared him since he is weapon-less and afraid - an honorless opponent. Edge transmitted a signal confirming the first kill, and R'ka replied with an affirmation signal, though he heard nothing from his hot-headed brother Jackal.
Attacked by more Xenomorphs, Edge kills them with his wrist-mounted Speargun, signalling two more kills. He once again heard from Fire, but nothing from Jackal, concerning him. Fire subsequently signalled to have him and Edge meet at the insertion pod and eventually claim their prizes.[2]
Personality and Traits[]
Yen'sha was a skilled Young Hunter and the most accomplished of the three Young Bloods sent to the Theseus. According to Ku'dlak, his younger brother who despised him, Yen'sha possessed a bloated ego, and thought that he was better than his clanmates.[3]
