Xenogenesis is a comic book crossover event created by Dark Horse Comics in late 1999/early 2000. It consists of three separate 4-issue limited comic book series — one each for the Aliens, Predator and Aliens vs. Predator lines. All three series are loosely connected.

The crossover was launched in August 1999 with the release of Aliens: Xenogenesis #1 and Predator: Xenogenesis #1, and concluded with the release of Aliens vs. Predator: Xenogenesis #4 in March 2000.

Each of the Xenogenesis comics was eventually collected as part of Dark Horse's Omnibus releases — Aliens: Xenogenesis was collected as part of Aliens Omnibus: Volume 6 in December 2008, Predator: Xenogenesis was collected as part of Predator Omnibus: Volume 4 in September 2008, and Aliens vs. Predator: Xenogenesis was collected as part of Aliens vs. Predator Omnibus: Volume 2 in October 2007.
