"You've never seen actually seen an alien, have you, Beliveau? You'll want to take a look at this."
Vormitag (from Aliens: Colonial Marines)

Vormitag was a security officer from Alphatech Hardware. He was assigned as security chief to Alphatech executive Beliveau to investigate the loss of one of their deep space communication array. He was blunted to death by Corporal Rosemas.

Biography[]

When Alphatech lost contact with their deep space communication array and research station, they sent one of their senior executive Beliveau to investigate and assigned Vormitag as his security chief. He embarked on the Melville from Frontier Mobile Base 82, after he and Beliveau met Lt. Joseph Henry and his second-in-command Sgt. Nyland, he went into hypersleep until reaching the SunGun.

Once arriving in the SunGun vicinity, Henry informed Vormitag and Beliveau that they were unable to reach the station. Vormitag was tasked to investigate the reason of the communication blackout. Once inside, he split his team into two groups: he goes with A-Team alongside Duplesis and Cherkovski to sweep the operation platform, while B-Team composed of Medina, Meadalow and Calley investigated the tox-bay. After losing contact with B-Team, he and the others were ambushed by a horde of Xenomorphs, leaving him the sole survivor. After the marines blew up the tox-bay hatch, expelling all Xenos in space, he was rescued by Chen and Rake and brought back unconscious to the Melville.

Stopover to Bracken's World[]

Once back on the Melville Vormitag was put into sickbay and was tested negative for impregnation, however unbeknownst to the crew, he was corrupted by the captive Bug-man, who gave him Royal Jelly. At some point, Vormitag corrupted Beech, who then in turn introduced the jelly to Chen and Rosemas. They then reached Bracken's World where Henry planned to dump them. However, the marines soon became caught up in a skirmish against aquatic Xenomorphs and were forced to defend the colony, Sector 1. Once the battle of Sector 1 was over, during which Vormitag watched the Xenomorphs in admiration, he kidnapped a colonist for the captive Bug-Man so that Chen and Rosemas could kill him to prove their loyalty. After they were hesitant, Vormitag compliantly snapped his neck. After Beliveau convinced Henry to take him and Vormitag along in exchange for information, he entered into an argument with him, asserting that Major Alan Bradshaw must be protected, accidentally revealing his betrayal. Beliveau, however, took no notice and stated that they were hear to protect themselves and Alphatech, leaving Vormitag to reassure that was what he meant.

Death[]

"Traitor."
Vormitag after executing Beliveau (from Aliens: Colonial Marines)

When the marines arrived on Joliet, Vormitag stayed behind on the ship while everyone stacked weapons from the Mining Facility. While en route to the Alphatech research station, Beliveau summoned everyone to explain to the Marines the situation, as promised to Henry. However, Vormitag began to act strangely, clearly showing Royal Jelly withdrawal. Before Beliveau could reveal any more, Vormitag brandished a handgun and executed him point blank to the head, calling him a traitor. He was then suddenly blunted to death with a metal rod by Rosemas, also in full withdrawal and in a delirious state.

Personality and Traits[]

Prior to his conversion, Vormitag's personality was largely unknown, though he seemed to be at least a capable chief of security. Following his indoctrination and Royal Jelly addiction, he became wholly compliant in serving the Bug-Men. He was also violent and sadistic, snapping the neck of an innocent colonist with no hesitation.

Equipment[]

During the SunGun exploration he was equipped with an EVA suit and armed with an unidentified submachine gun. He also used an unidentified handgun to execute Beliveau.
