The Original Years series are an ongoing series of hardback comic book trade paperback reprints published by Marvel Comics from 2021 onwards. The Original Years releases are a comprehensive attempt by Marvel at reissuing all of the Aliens, Predator and Aliens vs. Predator comic books that were published by Dark Horse Comics before they acquired the license, making them readily accessible to readers once more.

Predator: Race War, Predator: Hell Come a Walkin' and Predator: Demon's Gold were all left uncollected by Marvel. No Aliens comics was left out of their respective line.
Trivia[]
- Notably, the Original Years collections represent the first time several rarer Aliens comics were ever reprinted and/or collected in a mass market format. Such stories include Aliens: Countdown, Aliens: Tribes, Aliens: Newt's Tale, Alien3, Alien3: Alone, the Aliens: Space Marines mini-comics and Aliens: Crusade, all of which had either never received a collected release or only ever had a limited reissue. Not only was Crusade never collected prior to Aliens: The Original Years Volume 2, it had never even been completed prior to its inclusion on the collection.
