Tamara is an explorer and SCUBA diving specialist alongside her friends Donny and Kim, her team leader. She journeyed with her team into an underwater cavern of the flooded limestone passageways beneath a Mayan Pyramid.
Biography[]
Exploring the Limestone Caverns[]
In Belize, Tamara along with her friend Donny were invited by their leader Kim to the Mayan Ruins where they make their point of entry in the midst of a scattered rain shower. Along the way, Tamara quips about Donny getting wet when he asked if they could check out the topside Ruins first. Once at their destination, the three undress and don their SCUBA gear and helmets. As Kim dazzles her friends that they'll never be the same after visiting the Mayan Underworld, Tamara takes a moment to crack a joke involving Donny, much to Kim's amusement. The trio head down into the cave entrance as Kim briefs them on the rules and regulations during their dive and that she wants to show them something as well.
With Kim diving in first, Tamara follows her lead alongside Donny. Kim leads the way as she, Tamara and Donny spend minutes swimming through the vast breathtaking flooded caverns left behind from ancient times. Closing in on their destination, Tamara is signalled by Kim for the three to follow her up to the surface for air.
Discovering the Wrong Cave[]

Once the team of cabe divers surfaced in what looks like an air pocket, Tamara follows Kim and Donny to the cave shore into an undiscovered cavern system. Whilst taking off her flippers, Tamara remarked that the cave their in is the coolest thing ever. Kim shows her and Donny the reason for their dive run: a partially buried skeleton of a Mayan sacrificial offering with ritualistic objects of tribute. As the two women examine the skeleton, Donny alerts them to something rather suspicious -- a skull on a stalagmite. As Donny and Kim study the skull, Tamara shines her flashlight on an entire cluster of skulls, bones, and a row of assault rifles placed in a rack.
Tamara inquires Kim about the heroin stash they found.
With Donny beginning to grow anxious about them being in the cave, Kim promptly raids the knapsack among the skulls, much to Tamara's displeasure. Kim deduces the white powder she examined with her survival knife to be heroin. Tamara inquires her team leader as how she knows, only for Kim to vaguely respond about her former significant other having a "habit" involving the drug. As Donny begins to panic even more Kim agrees for them to leave. Then a hulking figure steps out of the shadows of the cave and materializes in view for the three divers to see that their in the presence of a Yautja sentry.
A Fatal Encounter[]

With the Predator closing in and mimicking Donny's plea to leave, the divers are in an apparent trap. Tamara shrieks at what the Yautja is in absolute terror. As Kim tries her best to keep her team under control, Donny exacerbates the situation by pulling out his survival knife and foolishly try to repel the Yautja with Tamara recoiling in even more fear. This only proves to be a grievous mistake as the Predator, seeing Donny a threat, draws his Combistick and instantly skewers Donny through the chest in front of Tamara and Kim. Just as Kim rushes to Donny's impaled body, Tamara screams as another Predator slowly rises from the cave waters. Tamara then cries out to Kim as her team leader makes a dash for the stockpiled row of AKM rifles and watches helplessly as the sentry Yautja shoots Kim with a direct Plasmacaster shot in the back that perforates out her breast, killing her instantly.

Tamara gets strangled underwater.
With Donny and Kim dead, Tamara is left defenseless against the two Predators. Tamara pleaded for the pair of Yautjas to stay away from her as she shakily grips her knife out. Left with no other option, Tamara instantly discards her knife and makes a hasty dive into the cave waters. Tamara begins to swim as fast as she can without her oxygen tank and regulator. However, one of the Predators on the surface dives on after her. Swimming much faster than Tamara, he catches up to the fleeing female and clutches her in in his powerful vice grip. With the weight and mass of the Predator weighing her deep into the cavern waters, Tamara can only let out a long gurgling wail as the merciless Yautja snaps her neck underwater.
The Yautja the returns to the cavern surface with Tamara's goggles as keepsake, tossing it where the doomed female left her knife.
Postmortem[]
The Hunters discover Tamara's lifeless body in the water.
Led by John Schaefer, Jaya and her team of Hunters get a head start in Belize ahead of a rival faction of Russian hunters led by Valentina Ligachev. Heading down to the Mayan pyramids, John mentions the have been a number of "disappearances" occurring in the vicinity. Diving into the water, the team swims until they suddenly discover Tamara's body, floating lifeless and with a blank expression in the cavern waters. Horrified, the team presses on, determined to end the Yautjas savagery.
Equipment[]
Tamara came equipped with the essential equipment and tools for her and her team's expedition dive. She wore a black, body-hugging hooded wetsuit with violet accents. She and her team used rebreathers with oxygen tanks when swimming in the flooded caverns. Tamara, like the rest of her team, wore a protective helmet with flashlights mounted on each side to illuminate the bleak cave site

Tamara also came with a survival knife attached to a sheath on her calf. She used hers to vainly ward off the Yautja sentries before tosding it away out of fear before making her impulsive escape attempt.
