Though the words "reserve" and "preserve" are both used to describe an area set aside for hunting and/or conservation, Royce (Adrien Brody) actually says "preserve" in the trailer. Here's what I got on Google with "game preserves". --CadmiumX99 14:40, June 23, 2010 (UTC)

The View[]

It would be cool to replace the infobox pic with the shot of the planet-filled sky. Was that three of four planets in the sky? I remember a huge one in the middle, one or two on the right, and the left planet seems to have large rocky objects orbiting it. Could that be the Predator homeworld seen in AVPR?. The captive Predator later shows Royce a holographic map of the system, just before Earth pops up in the display. Is the GPP a moon of a larger planet? Gravity on the GPP (human-friendly Nitrogen, Oxygen atmosphere, no walking troubles) implies that it's about the same mass as the Earth. If someone wanted to run the numbers, here's some cool sites: Planets at Curtis Saxton's Star Wars Technical Commentaries and The Planetary Society ---CadmiumX99 19:08, July 19, 2010 (UTC)

Is it a moon?[]

Here's what we know: Since no one seems to have trouble breathing (atmosphere) or walking (gravity), we can imply that the GPP has a mass similar to Earth's. Are those other three objects moons? Is the biggest, closest one actually the GPP's mama planet? There's some wild stuff going on in this system. Are the Predators capable of moving whole planets around?---CadmiumX99 01:48, August 2, 2010 (UTC)

Homo Erectus?[]

When the Human party first locate the Super Predator camp, there is a seen (it also appears later as well, but first shows up here) displaying a couple human skulls -- however, one of the skulls has prominent brow ridges -- this would indicate that it is, in fact, a "cave man" skull of some sort. I'm no archaeologist (human evolution and history sort of bores me -- I prefer paleontology, personally). It's not deformed enough to be a chimp...and that would be a stupid subject to hunt anyway (not really a "worthy" kill for a Yautja). I believe it to be the skull of a homo erectus, although it's certainly possible it was a Cro-Magnon, as I'm not exactly looking at a picture of the skull or anything for a side-by-side comparison. Did anyone else notice this? Because I'd love to post it into the article. -- Somarinoa 04:53, August 2, 2010 (UTC) Wow this helps my theory that they are cryogenicly frozen for a while before coming to the planet that's why every one seems to be from slytly different time periods--Kingalien (talk) (Contribs) 09:53, February 20, 2012 (UTC)

Midnight?[]

I know its a bit of a stretch . . . but . . . I have to say, there are a number of aspects of this planet that remind me of Midnight the genetically different predators, the four moons in the sky, seemingly being tidally locked, and the fact that both planets are used as game preserves . . . It almost makes me feel like Predators was made to retcon Forever Midnight into the rest of Predator continuity . . . but thats just me. ralok (talk) (Contribs) 15:28, March 12, 2013 (UTC)

i had originally thought the game preserve planet had orbited the predator homeworld  when i first saw the movie
