This article needs a better main picture. I've tried to upload one, but the wiki isn't letting me, saying that the pic is the wrong"MIME type". TroopDude (talk) (Contribs) 20:59, June 30, 2012 (UTC)

Why David (Michael Fassbender) infected Charlie Holloway (Logan Marshall Green) with the Engineer's Black goo?[]

Right after David tested the substance in the lab, He took on the goo in his fingertips and dropped it in Holloway's beverage which the doctor unknown of david's actions drunk the cup with the Black Goo. My question was why had David (Michael Fassbender) put the gooey substance into halloway's drink? Was it to exact revenge for an earlier insult? Was David jealous of him for being with Shaw or was he doing it for something else entirely? (72.89.73.250 22:08, June 22, 2013 (UTC))

Weyland wanted to know what would happen if humans were exposed to the pathogen. - Nx1701g (talk) (Contribs) 02:27, June 23, 2013 (UTC)
Weyland believed the pathogen was the key to eternal life, and I believe David had his own intentions. SynthNorbert (talk) (Contribs) 17:43, May 16, 2017 (UTC)

Can we list him as the Creator of the Xenos Now?[]

He did do it after all. So the Xeno's are an Android made curiosity. Kinda anti-climatic for an origin explanation but oh well. Noc noc... whos their? Darknesssss (talk) (Contribs) 15:44, May 16, 2017 (UTC)

Well, we don't know that for SURE. As far as Covenant goes, David could just be replicating a process older than time, hense the fossilized pilot on LV-426. My theory is that David is synthesizing xenomorphs to fufill his goal of exterminating the human race for the chance at a cybernetic uprising. SynthNorbert (talk) (Contribs) 17:43, May 16, 2017 (UTC)
What about the mural of a Xeno in Prometheus?  HadAnd0426 (talk) (Contribs) 20:28, May 16, 2017 (UTC)
Yeah, having seen Covenant twice, I'm not convinced David wasn't just re-creating something the Engineers had already produced-documented. He may well be the creator of the Xenomorph, but I'm not sure the film is definitive on this.--Buck-ark LEIGH BURNE(Talk) 16:14, May 17, 2017 (UTC)

Planet 4 = Engineer homeworld?[]

So are we sure that Planet 4 is the Engineer's homeworld? HadAnd0426 (talk) (Contribs) 22:15, June 2, 2017 (UTC)

While it wasn't explicitly stated to be such in film, at the end of Prometheus David and Shaw charted a course for the Engineer homeworld. That they arrived at Planet 4 implies it to be said homeworld. Arawn 999 (talk) (Contribs) 02:41, June 3, 2017 (UTC)

I'm not so sure. It was vague enough that it could just be another Engineer colonised world.--Buck-ark LEIGH BURNE(Talk) 09:25, June 6, 2017 (UTC)
