Uh, I don't really see why the name should be "crucified predator". Though, then again, naming Predators is always a challenge. And at least it is mentioned in the first few paragraphs that it's not his official name. But still, if it's not his official name, and he has been officially called Classic Predator elsewhere (as cumbersome as it is), why go with it? Just wondering. Don't really care all that much.SpaceWuss 22:47, September 3, 2010 (UTC)--

There are cases where the "official" name is either not descriptive enough or something too "out-of-universe" that you wouldn't easily imagine a character saying. (Remember that both the Jungle Hunter and City Hunter are technically known as "the Predator"). Since we're going for an in-universe perspective on character articles, as if they were real people and events, I thought "crucified Predator" was the fairest way to describe the character as other characters would, whereas 'Classic' just tells us, the fans, that we get to see the old design again. Also, instead of focusing on the character, the article was just rehashing info about the more familiar, non-Super variety of Predators that should already be covered in Yautja (Predator). Thanks and sorry if toes were stepped on.---CadmiumX99 21:14, November 17, 2010 (UTC)

Comment amended! Just recently got the Blu Ray DVD of Predators and it features motion comics in which the the Predator in question is referred to as simply "Crucified". (Specifically, there are prequel motion-comics included for a number of the characters, each titled by the character's name, and the Predator's is titled "Crucified.") So, it's official. So, I guess both Crucified (from the dvd and in-universe) and Classic (from the film and toy and outside-universe) are officially fine. Good call, Cad.--SpaceWuss 00:17, November 29, 2010 (UTC)

Glad you asked the question and thanks for the feedback! Instead of going by their 'real-world' name, what do you think of this idea for naming some character articles with a descriptive title to keep that "in-story" feel? There might even be a few exceptions...Holla----CadmiumX99 03:09, November 30, 2010 (UTC)

Adding toy bio[]

Okay so it's really more of a synopsis of the movie than a biography, but I did it for Berserker and Falconer so I wanted to be consistent. Who gets to write these things anyway?----CadmiumX99 (talk) (Contribs) 20:39, June 17, 2011 (UTC)

Isn't the Crucified Predator also the Jungle Hunter? ----- No need for signature, just answer
