jaw on mask[]
I wanna know what kind of jaw that is on his mask.... just curious... any ideas?
Well it's definitely not another Predator's! ---CadmiumX99 21:19, July 26, 2010 (UTC)
It's a animal jaw but I'm not sure what animal
- I think it might be a part of a Xenomorph jaw! Rnnlmb 00:26, December 28, 2010 (UTC)
- For some Pred skulls, check out http://www.bing.com/images/search?q=Sideshow+Collectibles+Predator+skull&qpvt=Sideshow+Collectibles+Predator+skull&FORM=Z7FD. The jaw almost looks like it has the 'anchor points' for the mandible, but it doesn't have that 'coral' look.----CadmiumX99 05:58, December 28, 2010 (UTC)
- It's a Xenomorph jaw. There were acid burns in Roland's hideaway, hinting that the Super Predators may have abducted them in earlier hunts. 207.216.222.107 05:35, July 27, 2011 (UTC)
Name explanation[]
The Dog Handler/Flusher is identified as "The Tracker" by Sideshow Collectibles who are officially licensed by 20th Century Fox to make Predators maquettes and other cool stuff, plus Carey Jones is listed as the 'Tracker Predator' on imdB. Brian Steele is credited as the Berserker Predator, so is the toy and the Sideshow Collectibles version. The Falconer is the same. According to SciFiScoop.com, the three of them are collectively known in the script as 'Super Predators', only one was known as 'Black Super Predator' (guess who?) and that's how he got the onset nickname 'Mr.Black'. If it turns out I'm way off base on this, I'll be the first to change it. ----CadmiumX99 04:57, July 27, 2010 (UTC)
classic vs berserker.[]
"The Berserker was an incredibly skilled and brutal fighter, proving this in the battle with the Classic Predator, with Berserker emerging victorious. " I don't think so! you see numptys, our favourite monster "classic" spent a great deal of time tied up and he was probably not fed well..or at all, i haven't seen the film but i read quite a lot about it. i read somewhere that classic was tied to that totem pole thingybob for days, some said 2 weeks. now if i was tied like that to a pole for two weeks i don't think i'll be in tip top condition, i'll be sore with aching joints, hungry etc needless to say...not in a condition to fight.
and no i'm not being biased, i acknowledge beserkers abilities but that fight was far from fair. 86.152.29.5 16:33, September 27, 2010 (UTC)
The Berserker vs Classic Fight[]
I agree. But think about it the berserker would have won. Because he is a dirty fighter. But If the Classic was in a condition to fight, they would have been equal. But it wounld have been better. If the classic had survied and had killed Berserker in the end.
same guy who posted before here: yeah i do agree also, it would have been a little cliched as well. but i was just noting how unfair the battle was, hell did you see berserker fire a constant stream plasma? lol he is most certainly a dirty figher. what also proves the beserker is inferior to classic is that he was he beat up by human more than others were, classic kicked arnie's ass (dutch only got in two or the three hits) and harrigan was simply parrying a one armed city hunter's attacks but royce brutally kicked berserkers dishonorable ass.XD if a human can beat brserker than classic certainly would have had he been in a condition to fight but yes i agree that the ending would have been less if berserker didn't survive to have that brutal match with royce.
p's i heard that the falconer was not actually honorable but was simply toying with hanzo, like he wasn't taking the yakuza seriously, its what RR said apparently, i'm not sure if its true 81.147.62.171 12:59, October 18, 2010 (UTC)
here is a youtube clip of the fight http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gKIzE-f4eww but its not the clip that i want you to see, its the comments, they all claim different info on why classic lost and some of the info they say, they claim its what the director or what robert said. don't know if its true but it might be worth looking into for some more info and find out if they are fact. 81.147.62.171 11:51, October 19, 2010 (UTC)
Just call me Bob:I now all about that. What I gave was one of many possible endings.Oh and you maybe right about Falconer toying with Hanzo or he may have had some honor, but vary little of it
Dude that fight scene ticked me off! The classic predator was probably an elite Predator He could have easily owned the berserker.Yajutawarrior 19:49, November 27, 2010 (UTC)
Actually i heard the classic was a young predator or an unblooded/youngblood one so not only was he weakened and fatigued through starvation and lack of water and torture but he just young one ( so the fight was unfair in many ways) so him lasting that long in a fight with the cheating berserker shows how strong he was and how strong-willed, hell classic still fought with honor despite the disadvantages.should he have been in tip top condition, the fight would have been somewhat fair but knowing berserker, he would have used his plasma caster even more 86.172.177.194 16:28, November 30, 2010 (UTC)
Berserker/ Classic Talk pages vs Blogs[]
Bob and company; would you guys mind moving this discussion to a blog? More people would join in, and we should really try to reserve the talk pages for discussions about how to improve the article. Thanks compadres! ---CadmiumX99 02:52, October 25, 2010 (UTC)
No i wound not mind one bit
It was about improving the articule, the point was to get the "The Berserker was an incredibly skilled and brutal fighter, proving this in the battle with the Classic Predator" removed from the articule, berserker only proved one thing....and it was not how good of a fighter he was, he proved he was dirty dishonorable yautja who used his plasma caster to attempt kill the malnourished, tortured and weakened classic predator. he made an unfair fight even more unfair. he did not prove he was a better fight or that he had good fighting skills, in fact he is the only predator to be soundly thrashed by a human, dutch a more physically superior human to royce only ever managed to get three hits onto the jungle hunter and harrigan only barely managed to parry a one-armed city hunter's attacks...but berserker was hit left and right and brutally beaten. the director said himself ( on the blu-ray dvd or so i have heard )that the fight was purposely made unfair to show how evil and monstrous berserker was. so can someone perhaps remove that part of the articule, its in the personality section i think. 86.172.177.194 16:22, November 30, 2010 (UTC)
- Great insights, Mystery Contributor (hope you start an account). We should get to work on this. There's currently too much personal opinion in many of the Predator articles, (the subject of who is/isn't 'honorable' in particular). The main part should be written from the point of view of an unbiased observer, the Behind the Scenes section would include cast and crew commentary and production/design notes, personal opinions and ideas to improve the article on the Talk page, and all-out debates on the Blogs.----CadmiumX99 16:56, December 2, 2010 (UTC)
- Well if you think about it a lot of people forget that it is about facts and thinks that turly happen. But some forget it at times and say something like berserker proved to be smarter, when he didn't or he was better at fighting or something like that.-bob1998
Removing inaccurate info[]
- Removed the "Earlier Hunt" info. Considering RR's statements about the film, including AVP stuff like "xenomorph" and "Yautja" in a description of a character from Predators is inaccurate. BTW I came across the exact same wording on the Online Action Figure Entertainment toy review of the Berserker. Please everybody, name your sources!---CadmiumX99 18:23, December 3, 2010 (UTC)
- Which ended up being from someone's description of the figure they were trying to sell on Amazon! See Talk:Falconer (Super Predator).---CadmiumX99 05:47, December 4, 2010 (UTC)
Adding toy bio (do not add info to main article)[]
- So for this and Falconer I found a cool review with a clear view of the bio on the back of the box http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=81Nx2ohsZGs&feature=related and transcribed it exactly as it appears. At least now everyone knows where this info comes from. Please don't add this info to the main article until we get some solid confirmation. Just stick to what we know about the Berserker from the movie. Thanks everybody.---CadmiumX99 (talk) (Contribs) 19:56, June 17, 2011 (UTC)
Mr. Black?[]
Who calls him Mr. Black? I've never heard of this did some user call him that and made that one of his aliases?
No that was invented by someone in the movie.
yep, it was nicknamed by the creators, just like that awful predalien that was nicknamed chet.
some creatora do that often, especially to a hero creature (The kind that is just in the camera more) 86.179.18.124 12:48, October 29, 2011 (UTC)
Height[]
Just noticed in the general details about Berserker it lists his height as 7 foot 4, and the other predators details on the site are also listed as between 7 foot 2 and 7 foot 4. Wasn't he supposed to be bigger than that?

"Big Jaw"[]
Noland refers to Mr. Black as "Big Jaw" when encountering him in the tunnel of the abandoned ship. Also stating "You finally found me, eh, Big Jaw?" which suggests that Mr. Black and Noland have encountered each other before.
Since this page can't be edited, this is just a little bit of trivia about Mr. Black that could be added by whomever has editing privileges.

- He calls him "Big John". It's just a nonsense slang name, like calling him "mate" or "buddy".--Leigh Burne (talk) (Contribs) 08:48, March 27, 2013 (UTC)
Bad Bloods[]
Isn't the Super Predators being Bad Bloods just speculation? Toa Quarax (talk) (Contribs) 03:03, June 29, 2013 (UTC)
- Not sure to be honest, since they are not as honorable as the Jungle Hunters and had a much more unfair advantage over the humans, and Rodriquez apparently said they were outcasts. The Cruentus (talk) (Contribs) 14:25, June 30, 2013 (UTC)
