I think That this film needs an infobox, the others have one, why not this one? T-888 (talk) (Contribs) 08:33, February 14, 2012 (UTC)

New Film

For now, I've removed the stuff about the new film retconning the later sequels — Blomkamp's "genetic sibling" spiel is by no means definitive or particularly specific; he could quite easily be talking about the new film being tonally similar to the first two rather than literally overwriting later movies. While I agree things seem to be heading the way of a retcon, I suggest we wait until we get official word from the studio on the matter before changing things.

More to the point, we will probably need to discuss how best to incorporate the changes if films are simply being written off, as that kinda messes things up for us.--Buck-ark LEIGH BURNE(Talk) 16:27, February 26, 2015 (UTC)

The upcoming sequel to Aliens will ignore the events of Alien 3 and Alien Resurrection.

The upcoming sequel to Aliens, which will be directed by Neill Blomkamp, will ignore the events of both Alien 3 and Alien Resurrection. Please read about it in the following article: Neill Blomkamp's 'Alien' Sequel Will Probably Forget About Two 'Alien' Movies AdamDeanHall (talk) (Contribs) 16:39, February 26, 2015 (UTC)

I'm glad. I was dissappointed with Hicks' and Newt's deaths. Also Ripley's. Iamtheravager (talk) (Contribs) 13:22, May 23, 2016 (UTC)iamtheravager
