History[]
Origins[]
Station 13 was established on an uncharted moon by Grant Corporation, with the secret support of the United States Colonial Marine Corps, for Xenomorph study. They installed a hive in an access tunnel next to the main lab where they performed several experiment such as gene-splicing on Xenomorphs, creating unusual specimens ressembling Bulls, Gorillas or Snakes. They also alter a Queen's structure to make her growing wings allowing her to fly.
Outbreak and Destruction[]
At some point an outbreak occured when many Xenomorphs went loose and slaughtered almost all scientists, some managed to sent a distress signal to Marines before trying to reach the radiation shelters, none of them made it. When Lt.Benitez's fireteam arrived they swept the base before being overwhelmed by Xenos, they were forced to retreat while Simmons stood behind to buy them some time and Laswell being killed when retreating. Benitez, Percy and a smart gunner managed to lock themselves in the main lab and found the last surviving scientist. After they discovered the base's real purpose, Percy located an exit when some Xenomorphs escaped stasis and urged them to leave. They passed through the base's hive where Percy burned everything and Benitez called for evac, once inside the dropship Benitez asked Control for a "sterilization". The Corps wanting to erase all connections with the base quickly acknowledge, however before issuing the order the dropship was assaulted by the Flying Queen who survived the incineration of her hive seeking revenge, but after several daring manuevers she was striked down by missiles. Once the dropship in orbit, Station 13 was obliterated by a nuclear strike.
