Seneca was a Hyperdyne Corporation research platform orbiting the Union of Progressive Peoples mining planet Shānmén. The Ilyasov EVI-86X Zvezda Plasma Rifle was originally developed on Seneca before being moved to Romashka Outpost on Shānmén due to a security issue. The project was eventually moved back to Seneca, and led to the advent of the EVI-87 Zvezda Plasma Rifle.[1]
