Sega Holdings Co., Ltd. (株式会社セガホールディングス Kabushiki-gaisha Sega hōrudingusu), officially styled as SEGA, is a Japanese multinational video game developer, publisher and entertainment holding company based in Tokyo, Japan. It was founded in 1940 by Martin Bromely, Irving Bromberg, James Humpert and David Rosen. SEGA has worked on several video games in the Alien, Predator and Alien vs. Predator franchises.
