Rory Lucey (born 1985) is an English-American illustrator, author, and story artist known for writing and illustrating the 2018 children's book Jonesy: Nine Lives on the Nostromo, and for contributing to the 2020 art book Alien: 40 Years 40 Artists.
Biography[]
Born in London and raised throughout the American Midwest, Rory Lucey holds a B.F.A. in Printmaking and Drawing from Washington University and a M.A. in Teaching Art and Design from the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD). His first graphic novel, Jonesy: Nine Lives on the Nostromo, was inspired by his very own cat, Caesar.
