Renato Bordrea is a colonist of V-22 along with his wife Valdo, upon settling on Jericho 3, their marriage started to deteriorate with Valdo even accusing Renato of cheating on her with Opal Morgan.
Renato's job as a miner required him to utilize an EVA suit for up to fifteen hours a day. Renato and his wife lived in the Proto-Colony, a separate building from the lodge. Renato and his wife worked the night shift, something that he was grateful for due to the current circumstances of their relationship.
