Lieutenant Ray Ackerman was a member of the elite Xenomorph-hunting unit dubbed the Jackals. Formerly one of Venture Corporation's Colony Protection Force trainees on Jericho 3, Ackerman was later involved with an operation on the Union of Progressive Peoples mining planet Shānmén after it was attacked with a dangerous pathogen.
