Pinion, otherwise known as Pin, was a mercenary serving aboard the pirate ship Sotillo as of 2183. In that year, she was involved in an incident aboard the exploratory vessel USCSS Cronus.
Biography[]
Early life[]
Pinion grew up with Adisa Bolaji in the Solomons. When they were teens they had the hobby to stole moon shuttles. One time she joyride with a commercial transport but messed up and crash the ship wounding six persons, Bolaji took the blame to avoid her to go to jail, from this day she vowed total loyalty toward Bojali. [1]
Pirate Life[]
Once Bolaji go out of jail and purchased his ship, the Sotillo, out of loyalty she become Bolaji's bodyguard and the ship's hired muscles, soon after Helen Bein, that Pinion dislike, joined the crew as pilot. Bolaji was later contracted by Seegson to harass Weyland-Yutani ships on the Frontier, where she might take a great role, intimidating the boarded ship's crew due to her stature.[2]
The Cronus Incident[]
Tailing the Montero[]
In 2183, the Sotillo was tasked by Seegson to follow a cargo ship, the USCSS Montero, that was rerouted to intercept a long disappeared Weyland-Yutani science ship the USCSS Cronus. From its departure from Anchorpoint Station to the discovery of the Cronus, the Sotillo shadowed the Montero out of its radar range. During the trip, she might go to hypersleep with the others.[3]
Sotillo on the scene[]
She stands by on the ship as Bolaji ordered the Sotillo to stay in retreat waiting the best opportunity to intervene. Suddenly she saw the Montero leaving the Cronus and explode, she then still patiently waits as Bolaji wants the survivors to repair the derelict ship and take control of it without having to do it themselves. Once the ship back online, Bolaji decide to finally join the party, she packed her weapon eager to engage and once the Sotillo docked on the Cronus airlock, she boards the ship. However once onboard she might realize that what happen inside is maybe far above her paygrade, however even if the situation is messed-up she will do whatever Bolaji decide to.

Pinion had a steadfast personality, and was highly protective of Bolaji.[1]
