Events on Shānmén[]
As indentured workers under the Jùtóu Combine, Pinar and other members of the Knot were assigned to work at the Svarog Mine, deep drilling for Eitr.[2] When the city of New Luhansk was suffered a pathogen attack by a Juggernaut (class) spacecraft[3], Pinar and the surviving miners Combine staff sheltered in the mine to escape the mutating lifeforms from the pathogen.
Osman-Riley volunteered to go back above ground to align a satellite antenna so that the survivors could transmit a distress signal. After aligning the dish, she was attacked and killed by a mutated flying xenomorph.[1]
