The Pathogen Queen was a mutated Xenomorph Queen encountered by the United States Colonial Marine Corps on LV-895 in 2202.
Characteristics and traits[]
The Pathogen Queen was a Xenomorph Queen that had been mutated by a dangerous alien pathogen. Similarly to other pathogen-infected creatures, her coloration turned white post-infection and she grew an external carapace for protection. Her tail and dorsal tubes sprouted sharp quills, her body bore various luminescent spots, and she sported tusks around her mouth. Furthermore, her right arm developed into a hardened club to bludgeon assailants. Her skin had also developed into armor, capable of mitigating gunfire.
Unlike normal Xenomorph Queens, the Pathogen Queen was unable to reproduce; however, as a result, she was far more agile, aggressive and territorial than a normal Queen—she was known to have destroyed seventeen recon drones that attempted to obtain information on her.
The Pathogen Queen possessed various methods of attack; she could employ melee attacks on her enemies with her club arm, fire quills at them, or scatter acid across large areas.
She would later meet her end at the hands of a colonial marine 3-man fireteam sent from the UAS Endeavor to eliminate the pathogen infected hive.
