The system contained the star Alpha Fornacis and was located at a distance of roughly 46.03 light-years or 14.11 parsecs Trailward from the Sol System. The system was dominated by a debris disc featuring millions of mineral-rich asteroids and planetoids, with predominant elements including tungsten and trimonite. Novgorod Station was located in the system, with several mining outposts scattered around its periphery.[1]
