MatteiLab XX (20) was a medical lab that suffered an alien infestation and required military intervention that ultimately lead to its destruction.
An investigation revealed that MatteiLab authorities deliberately kept the infestation a secret from both corporate and military intelligence. Incomplete and altered hospital records indicated a careful monitoring proliferation and activity of the hostiles, with select hospital environments carefully prepared for alien occupancy. One transcript even hinted at possible use of select patients as hosts for alien progeny.
Religious contraband was also found aboard MatteiLab XX, affiliated with an unsanctioned cult, reportedly deifying the hostile alien lifeforms.
