Dr. Martin Fowler was a researcher employed by the Weyland-Yutani Corporation at the Menhit Biowarfare Science Facility on the moon of BG-791. Tasked with crafting a serum capable of inhibiting Xenomorph growth, Fowler's experiments resulted in a Xenomorph outbreak at the facility. Fowler had himself implanted with a Queen embryo, intending to hand it over to Weyland-Yutani; however, when he and several other survivors were diverted to a peace summit on LV-846, Fowler unleashed the Queen on a horde of Biodrone Xenomorphs released at the summit by the shadow government cabal known as Deep Void.
