Lars was part of the group that investigates the ancient base and catacombs underneath the base on Mars. Upon entering the catacombs, they find three desiccated vampires that had been cocooned, a cave-in occurs which opens up a new area, filled with Xenomorph eggs. The group enter but their presences alerts the eggs and four out of five of them are subdued and impregnated by Facehuggers, including Vampirella.
