LV–832 was a jungle planet and colony world orbiting the star Tycho 2-2000 on the Frontier. During his time in the United States Colonial Marine Corps, First Lieutenant Hank Reynolds commented on the toughness of the colonists and the hostile nature of its indigenous lifeforms, including a moose-sized critter with tentacles in place of antlers. These creatures were battled by Reynolds' unit using M41A Pulse Rifles; footage of Reynolds' observations and combat experience on LV–832 was featured in the twenty–second episode of the first season of the televised series Saga of the Weapon. Prior to 2202, USCM member Mark Cruz also served on LV–832 alongside his fellow Marines Correia, Schnexnader, and Snyder on settlement protection duty; Cruz fled the scene while his fellow fighters were killed by a moose–sized critter.
