The LHS–1140 System was a star system located in the Weyland Isles Sector of the Frontier. The system was centered around a red dwarf star and included three rocky planets, one of which was LHS-1140b. As of 2186, the LHS–1140 System fell within territory claimed by the New Albion Protectorate, a rogue state that had separated from the Three World Empire.
