Kazimir Ilyasov was an engineer employed by the Union of Progressive Peoples on the UPP mining planet Shānmén.
Biography[]
Ilyasov was of renowned UPP engineer who was assigend as a Project Director at the Romashka Outpost weapons development site. His responsibilities included overseeing the development of a prototype plasma weapon. Ilyasov's research subsequently led to the production of the EVI-87 Zvezda Plasma Rifle.[1]
Events on Shānmén[]
After the mutagenic pathogen attack on Shānmén by a Juggernaut-class spaceship, Ilyasov was one of the surviving outpost engineeers that were the target of rescue operations conducted by members of the Jackals.[1]
