Jake was part of the group that investigates the area that supposedly had vampire activity, only to discover Xenomorph eggs. Jake is subdued and impregnated by a Facehugger along with Vampirella and two other female members of the group, unlike his vampiric companion, he and the others does not survive the Chestburster's emergence.
