Lieutenant Jack O'Connor was the science officer aboard the terraforming vessel USS Sheridan.

Biography

Jack O'Connor was born on January 13th, 2112 at New Dublin, Proxima Colony, Sector 679. He later attended the University of California, Berkeley, where he took Microbiology and was awarded a Bachelor of Sciences. He then attended Stanford University, where he took Astrophysiology and was awarded a Master of Sciences. Subsequently, he attended Oxford University, where he took Xenophysiology and was awarded a Doctor of Philosophy degree. As of 2157, he was posted aboard the terraforming vessel USS Sheridan.

Personality and traits

O'Connor had an IQ of 221; however, he also possessed a mixed compulsive/schizoid personality, coupled with post-traumatic stress disorder resulting from a Xenomorph attack he witnessed in 2126 at the age of 14. This event necessitated O'Connor undergoing massive cardiac and CNS synthetic reconstruction, giving him strong potential for psychotic decompensation.
