"There is something else here that is truly unkillable. The perfect predator."
Yutani (from Aliens: Aftermath)

A bioluminescent irradiated Xenomorph Drone was active during the year 2214 within the dilapidated colony of Hadley's Hope. It stalked and killed most members of the extremist journalist group, Renegade XM.

Characteristics and Traits[]

An outlier from typical Drones, the Glowing Xeno emitted a bioluminescent blue color due to its exposure to the fallout following a nuclear winter after the destruction of Hadley's Hope's Atmosphere Processing Plant. It's blood had also mutated into a substance akin to liquid nitrogen, capable of causing severe cryogenic burns.

Biography[]

It can be presumed that the Drone was one of the last surviving Xenomorphs within Hadley's Hope following the destruction of the atmosphere processing plant, and that the nuclear winter that followed had mutated the creature into a monstrosity unique amongst its brethren.

Stalking Renegade XM[]

"We advise, for your well-being, that you move swiftly. Because your insistent claim that you're death-proof is about to be put to the test."
Yutani to Cutter Vasquez (from Aliens: Aftermath)

In the year 2214, after being given a lead by the 'extrasolar colonization administration', the extremist journalist group Renegade XM arrived on LV-426 during a nuclear winter after bombing a Wey-Yu fuelling station, hoping to lay low. Crewmember Cutter Vasquez was also eager to investigate after the disappearance of his aunt, Jenette Vasquez several years prior.

The Xenomorph attacks Lela.

Cutter, Lela Rosewood and Woody Ballesteros explored its interior, whilst pilot Drake stayed behind to repair their ship. The Drone would go on to stalk Drake, before impaling her from behind with its tail, killing her.

It would subsequently move on to the rest of the crew, first attacking Lela after Cutter and Woody had separated from her.

Cutter's last stand against the Xenomorph.

Lela opened fire with her pistol, but the creature's liquid nitrogen-esque blood caused her arm to detach and shatter to pieces, and she was promptly killed.

The creature moved on to Cutter, and lunged at him, the latter opening fire with his Pulse Rifle. Eventually, the creature got face to face with Cutter who fired his rifle into the creature's stomach, exclaiming that if he died, it died with him. Their subsequent fates are unknown, but it can be presumed that both were killed in the skirmish.
