The Independent Core System Colonies, or ICSC,[1] made up a loose conglomerate of privately-owned human worlds located in the Core Systems of the New Eden Sector. All colony worlds in the ICSC had their own independent governments, many of which were overseen by corporations.[1] Several ICSC colonies were instrumental in the formation of the United Systems in 2202.
