Glue grenades were specialized grenades used by the Midnighters, a Xenomorph-hunting unit of the United States Colonial Marine Corps. Glue grenades disgorged a quantity of orange foam when detonated; this substance was used to immobilize Xenomorphs for capture. Several of the grenades were used during a mission to the National Data Corporation's Charybdis complex in 2184.
