The Captive Predator was a Yautja captured by the billionaire Tyler Stern. Imprisoned within a biosphere, the Predator would adapt exceedingly to its new environment, eventually causing chaos in the facility after ambushing and massacring a security team.
The Captive Predator was eventually subdued by Stern himself, but not before managing to activate his Self-Destruct Device and destroy the entire facility.

The Captive Predator was a true testament to the Yautja species' cunning, adaptiveness and intelligence, patiently biding its time during its imprisonment and testing the capabilities of its captor's security. Despite the loss of its right arm and equipment, the Predator was still a true force to be reckoned with, and compensated its handicap with its exceptional survival skills, able to slaughter Stern's security team with ease.

The Captive Predator lurking in the biosphere.
During an unknown period in time, the Predator was captured by billionaire Tyler Stern. With its right arm bisected to prevent it from activating its Self-Destruct Device, it was transferred to a biosphere dedicated to enclosing the creature for the purpose of research. Stern would study the creatures' behavioral patterns, unaware that the Predator itself was learning from its captor and toying with him. It eventually possessed enough knowledge of its surroundings to freely escape whenever it wanted. However, it chose not to, desiring to retrieve the Wrist gauntlet that Stern had taken from him.

The Captive slaughters the security team.
At some point, the Captive Predator created panic after intentionally lowering its pulse, respiration and heartbeat to critical levels, luring a security team to enter the biosphere to investigate. The Captive suddenly sprang to life and slaughtered the unsuspecting team with makeshift weaponry, unleashing chaos within the facility.
The Predator activates his Self-Destruct Device.
Stern eventually opted to face the creature alone, equipping himself with the Predator's wrist-gauntlet and entering its enclosure. The Predator immediately ambushed Stern and made short work of him, destroying his bio-suit and causing him to retreat. Stern would eventually shoot the Captive with a hyper-lethal poisoned dart, but not before it partially ripped his arm off. As both began dying, the Predator activated its Self-Destruct Device in a final act of defiance, destroying the entire facility.
