The Far Spinward Colonies, also known as the FSC, comprised a network of colonies established by Weyland Corp and situated in an eponymous sector located Spinward from the Sol System. After the establishment of the Three World Empire in 2088, the FSC fell within the 3WE sphere. In 2110, contact was lost with the Far Spinward Colonies in a stellar cataclysm dubbed the Isolation. In 2184, the United Nations Interstellar Settlement Corps despatched the colony ship UNCSS Ìyánlá to reestablish contact with the FSC; the expedition reached the sector in 2186, with a number of incidents resulting.
