"Seems stupid to build something so huge up top if yer gonna put all the goodies in the basement."
Emil Zorn (from Aliens: Advent/Terminus)

Emil Zorn was a hardened cyborg mercenary. He was supposedly a prolific Xenomorph-killer, as he once gloated that he had killed six of the creatures "single-handedly".

At some point, Zorn was subdued by a Facehugger, and had miraculously survived the Chestburster birthing process. After being fitted with a new, artificial torso, Zorn had requested all of his remaining, undamaged limbs be replaced with augmentations as well, eventually being rendered only "15% human."

Exploring the Pyramid[]

Alongside Frick, his Synthetic 'secretary', Belle and freelance journalist Posada, Zorn partook on an expedition on an unknown planet, exploring the interior of a pyramid-like structure rumoured to house treasure and Alien eggs.

The group eventually arrived at a treasure chamber containing three corpses and their satchels of goods. The group was suddenly attacked by three Xenomorphs, and Belle was destroyed. The group retreated just after Zorn managed to gun down Belle's killer, but they reluctantly re-entered after Frick desired the treasure, Posada her scoop and Zorn to wipe out the remaining Xenos.

Death[]

"You rat! You could've helped him!"
"Hey, we both knew Zorn was cannon fodder -- and we're only alive because he was such durable, tenacious cannon fodder. Save your breath, Posada. It's a long sprint to the ship."

After entering the chamber, Frick made a dash for the treasure as Zorn covered him from the two attacking Xenos. Due to Frick's lingering, Zorn was eventually overpowered by one of the creatures and impaled through his synthetic abdomen. As he began wrestling with the creature, it's acid blood from wounds caused by Zorn's rifle began splashing onto his face - though he killed the Xeno, Zorn was ultimately rendered a gory pulp.

Disgusted by Frick's intent on abandoning his bodyguard from the start, Posada betrays him, knocks him unconscious with her camera, and steals his treasure shortly afterwards.
