- "...Ahab's folks just blew into town. So if you thought this situation was bad, it's now bad and complicated."
- ―Galgo Helder regarding the Tartarus Clan (from Alien vs. Predator: Life and Death)
A Yautja warrior was the current leader of the Tartarus Clan. It is unknown if he was leader before, or following the Cracked Tusk Predator's death. The Tartarus Clan stationed itself within LV-797 and began skirmishing with the USCM platoon of the Hasdrubal, defending their claim over a discovered Engineer Juggernaut.
Biography[]
Hunt on Tartarus[]
The Tartarus Clan had landed on the planet LV-797 and discovered an Engineer Juggernaut. Wanting to uncover the derelict's secrets for themselves, the tribe guarded the ship against any intruders, specifically a Seegson excavation squad that wanted to asset-strip the planet from it's original buyer, Weyland-Yutani, slaughtering most of the crewmembers.
Due to the suspicion of Seegson activity on the planet, the combat ship Hasdrubal and it's 31-USCM crew, led by Captain Paget, were assigned to investigate the planet. The tribe immediately began hunting the trespassers and engaged in multiple skirmishes with the humans, but ultimately retreated after Sergeant Roth's squad had managed to lift the vessel.
Boarding the Hasdrubal[]

The Clan Leader preparing to kill Laurence Goode.
The Tartarus clan subsequently boarded the Hasdrubal six days later after tracking the ship, which, in turn, was tracking the Juggernaut that departed for LV-223. The clan would go on to kill all remaining personnel on-board whilst Paget launched a rescue mission to save Chris Hanlock. The Clan leader specifically chased Wey-Yu representative Lorimer through the corridors of the ship. As Lorimer attempted to convince Laurence Goode to open the ship's weapons locker, the clan leader stabbed Lorimer from behind, killing him, before moving on to Goode.
Aboard the flight-deck, the leader threw a couple of skulls on a pile of dead bodies, before hearing Captain Paget attempting to contact the ship over radio.
Stand-off at the temple[]
- "What are they doing here?"
"If I said the words "they tracked us here," would the concept scare you as much as it does me?" - ―Paget and Roth (from Alien vs. Predator: Life and Death)

The Clan Leader roaring in triumph.
The clan landed on the LV-223 and tracked down the Marines, who were holding out in an Engineer temple. The Predator Ahab, a former member of the clan who had sided with the Marines, confronted the leader and the two stared each other down. The leader then summoned Hornhead, the tribe's strongest warrior, and engaged in a duel with Ahab; if Hornhead won, the clan got the temple and its secrets. If Ahab won, the clan would accept Ahab and lay down their arms. Ahab eventually came out on top, killing Hornhead. The leader stared down Ahab yet again, but the tension was broken after the clan notices an army of Xenomorphs approaching the temple, hellbent on retrieving Chris Hanlock, who was harbouring a Queen. The Clan formed a brief alliance with the Marines to fend off the horde. Both the Predators and Marines put up a tremendous effort against the Xenomorph army but their numbers began dwindling, the Alien horde seeping through. In a last ditch effort, Chris sacrificed herself by blowing herself up, alongside the Queen inside of her, sending the Xenomorphs into a retreat.
With the clan victorious, the leader gave out a triumphant roar. With Ahab accompanying them, they left the planet, their qualms with the Marines having been diminished.
