Chin was a Weyland-Yutani Corporation scientist working on LV-1201 in 2231.
Biography[]
Chin was the originator of competitive discourse theory, which was at odds with the sympathetic theory of pheromone relations as put forward by fellow researcher Arnaud Eisenberg. During a briefing on Operation Savior, Mencus warned of Chin's theory which, if correct, could spell doom for the operation. However, as Chin was not present during the meeting, his theory was quickly dismissed. [1]
