Bread was an edible product available in loaves. Self–cooking bread was stocked at the Weyland-Yutani Corporation's Fiorina 161 Class C Work Correctional Unit on the eponymous planetoid as of 2179. After finding ox Babe dead, inmates Frank Ellis and Thomas Murphy discussed using her carcass in a stew, with Murphy imagining the dish served over the bread. Bread was also a tightly–rationed comestible on colony worlds of the Union of Progressive Peoples, including Sevodnya Colony. Bread was available on the planet Ataegina.
