Bianca Ting-Riley was a miner working at the Jùtóu Combine's Svarog Mine on the Union of Progressive Peoples mining planet Shānmén.
Biography[]
Bianca was a member of the Knot consortium and the daughter-in-law of group founder Toru McLintock-Riley.
Bianca Born in Queensland, Australia.[1] She was once married to Toru’s oldest son Oliver, now widowed. Bianca was also the only member of the Knot to have military experience, as she’d spent fifteen years as a sharpshooter for the Union of Progressive Peoples.[2]
Events on Shānmén[]
After the attack on Shānmén by a Juggernaut-class spaceship, she took shelter in the mine with the other survivors. She and Lena reprogrammed their Big Boys to remove their safety protocols so they could be used as weapons.[3] Both Bianca and Gooseneck George piloted P-5000 Powered Loaders to protect the survivors. She modified her P-5000 Loader by welding metal plates to the entire frame and mesh over the head. She also fitted a modified rock drill as a weapon.[4]
Bianca died using a plasma rifle to hold off xenomorphs while Toru got the surviving miners down into the alien ruins and tunnels below the mine and blew up the entrance tunnel, blocking it with rockfall. [5]
Personality and Traits[]
Military service had prepared her well for life in the mines. She might be quiet, but she picked up on things quickly enough.[6]
