Bagh Nakh fractionating–sabot ammunition was a type of proprietary round manufactured by Alphatech Hardware, with the 6A Jaipur Submachine Gun being the first weapon designed to fire it. Once fired, the sabot round splintered into four submunitions that inflicted multiple impacts on targets; however, their reduced stopping power and penetration made the shot ineffective against armor but deadly against unprotected targets. In 2202, it was speculated that Alphatech was pitching the Bagh Nakh as a contender for the Three World Empire's Fourth Generation small arms procurements at the end of the decade.[1]
