Flag of Azerbaijan
Azerbaijan was a member state of the Union of Progressive Peoples. Prior to 2184, a UPP facility was constructed by Azerbaijan on LV-991; this base was eventually abandoned and later acquired by Iran's National Data Corporation in a UPP blind-bid auction.
