Ania was a Comanche hunter. He, alongside fellow hunter Huupi, was killed battling the Feral Predator.
Biography[]
Hunting the Lion[]
After tribesman Puhi goes missing following an attack from a mountain lion, Ania partook in a search party led by Taabe to find him. During their search, they encountered female member and Taabe's sister, Naru. Taabe allowed Naru to join, citing her skills in tracking and ethnobotany.
The party eventually found Puhi, gravely wounded and mauled, and while Taabe departed to hunt the lion, Ania and the other members carried Puhi back to camp on a stretcher after Naru split from the group to find her brother. Taabe would eventually kill the lion, being appointed war chief for his efforts.
Finding Naru and Death[]
After Naru secretly departed from the tribe to hunt a Grizzly Bear, Taabe sent Ania, Wasape, Huupi and Itsee to look for her. Unbeknownst to them, Naru had encountered an invisible assailant that had killed the bear she was hunting.
The group eventually found Naru, the latter desperately attempting to explain what she saw, likening the unknown monster to a 'mupitsl'. After Ania and the others arrogantly dismissed Naru's pleas, she attempted to depart, leading to Wasape and Naru to briefly fight. Naru eventually managed to come out on top of the fight, and Wasape feigned allowing Naru to leave, before Ania suddenly pushed her into Wasape's direction, allowing him to to land a cheap shop on her and bind her.
Returning to camp, the group found a spot to rest, and Itsee cited that he needed to "go take a squat" and split from the group. After hearing a noise nearby, Ania shot and kills a possum with his bow. Suddenly, Naru's 'mupitsl' - a Yautja revealed itself and killed Wasape. Shocked, Ania attempted a coordinated assault on the attacker with Huupi, though the two were eventually overwhelmed and killed by the creature; in his case, he was impaled and bisected by the Predator's Combistick.
Personality and Traits[]

Ania was largely bigoted and jeered at Naru's determination to become a hunter. He was apathetic to Naru's claims of witnessing a mupitsl, and actively engaged in Wasape cheap shotting her after she attempted to split from the group. He was, however, a fearless warrior, and attempted to combat the Feral Predator alongside Huupi with a mere spear, even managing to partially wound him, though he was killed shortly after. He also possessed skill in using a bow.
