Aliens vs. Predator: Pursuit is a comic book short story that was first published by Dark Horse Comics in Aliens vs. Predator: Annual #1 in July 1999. It was written by Ian Edginton, pencilled by Mel Rubi, inked by Rob Hunter, colored by Dave Stewart, lettered by Sean Konot, and edited by Philip Amara.

The comic is one of the few Aliens, Predator and Aliens vs. Predator comic books to serve as a direct sequel to an earlier story. Specifically, it continues the story of the hybrid Eloise from Aliens: Purge.

In a court aboard a space station, Adelaide and Bombay Holding Alliance Captain Lotus Hernandez takes the stand, being requested by the judge to explain the events that led to the loss of her entire unit on the tropical planet LK176. Lotus explains that she was assigned to capture the Xenomorph/Synthetic hybrid Eloise that had previously caused the Alliance trouble in the past, who was currently on the run with Xeno-infected lepers and her Xenomorph brood. After hearing of squatters on the planet her squad arrived at the planet as soon as possible.

Eloise and her brood emerging from the jungle.

After investigating, Lotus and her squad find several lepers dangling from trees, soon figuring out that they were being used as bait by a tribe of Yautja who had ambushed them. During her battle with the hunters, she soon deduced that the bait clearly wasn't meant for her squad, but Eloise and her brood. Eloise herself and her brood suddenly emerged from the jungle and proceeded to slaughter the Predator clan, sending them into a retreat.

With Lotus the only member of the squad left after the battle, she points her rifle at Eloise's back, with Eloise quickly reacting and disabling her and breaking her arm. Lotus expected death, but instead was told by Eloise to send the court and the company a message, to leave her and her brood alone, leaving them in peace and solidarity; any further actions against her would be interpreted as a declaration of war, one that the alliance would never win. Lotus then states that she agrees with what Eloise said.
