Aliens: The Original Years Volume 4 is a hardcover trade paperback comic book that was published by Marvel Comics on March 14, 2023. It is part of the company's Original Years reissue program, which aims to collect and re-release all of the Aliens, Predator and Aliens vs. Predator comics published by Dark Horse prior to Marvel acquiring the licenses. The book features dustcover art reused from Aliens: Dead Orbit #1 by James Stokoe. Variant dustcover cover art was reused from Aliens: Dust to Dust #2 by Carlos D'Anda. The book also features wraparound hardcover art reused from interior art found in Aliens: Dead Orbit #2 by Stokoe.
Volume 4 was the final Original Years Omnibus collection to feature Aliens material originally published by Dark Horse Comics.
