Aliens: The Original Years Volume 3 is a hardcover trade paperback comic book published by Marvel Comics on November 22, 2022. It is part of the company's Original Years reissue program, which aims to collect and re-release all of the Aliens, Predator and Aliens vs. Predator comics published by Dark Horse prior to Marvel acquiring the licences. The book was edited by Jennifer Grünwald and Daniel Kirchhoffer, with dustcover art by Carlos Pacheco. Variant dustcover art was reused from Dark Horse Presents #101 by Bernie Wrightson. The book also featured wraparound hardcover art reused from Aliens: Survival #1-3 by Tony Harris.

- Much like Aliens: The Original Years Volume 1 and Volume 2, the collection notably represents the first time some rare Aliens comics were ever reprinted and/or collected in a mass market format, specifically the film adaptation Alien: Resurrection, which had never been collected outside of the original release.
