The 4:4mm softslugger pistol shot hypervelocity softslugs designed to mushroom on impact and expend all their energy on a human target without passing through the body, but forceful enough to punch through class III body armor, expanding and digging craters the size of a baby's fist through vital organs, leaving only small entry wounds behind. Additionally, the safety was its own trigger-it just needed to be pulled.

- While the comic series depicts the weapon blasting through a human body, the comic's novelization notes that the weapons ammunition is not designed to pass through a human target, but rather enter the targets body and cause damage from within.
