Spoiler warning for aliens dark descent. I have recently completed the game and I have a few unanswered questions who I’m hoping theorists on here can help me with.
First question: with the amount of queens the player encounters, is there an empress we don’t see?
Second question: what was the origins of the giant xeno eggs and the titan xeno at the end of the game?
Any and all answers will be appreciated.

I've already made a page for it as well since we got more concrete Information, if you dont want to get spoiled then turn back now
The Aliens Fireteam Elite Twitter has released Intel on the Pathogen Queen and in turn I made her page, she sounds fantastic and from the sound of it she will definitely be a boss fight which is very exciting, its interesting how there is a Pathogen Hive yet she cant reproduce, I wonder how that'll pan out, but either way she sounds and looks badass and from the sounds of it she'll have alot more surprises when the Expansion Pack launches
This is for the new trailer so if you dont want spoilers back out now
There is a brand new Boss in the form of a Pathogen Queen, now we haven't seen much else new stuff, just glimpses at the new missions but we do see some stuff that might actually prove that we can actually fight and kill it
Now if you've been around long enough you'll know my disappointment with the Alien Queen in the base game, it has a great model but I hated that they stuck with the running away trope so many games seem to default on, I wanted to feel like the ultimate badass and kill a Queen but instead we had to run away and needless to say alot of people were mad about it as well, hopefully someday we get a new Queen Boss Fight but that's another topic for another time
But it seems like they have taken the criticism to heart because there's quite afew indications we will actually be able to fight the Pathogen Queen, the first is as you might notice from the first image there are Red spots around her neck, which any gamer typically knows that means weakpoint, you can also see she has one at the top of her headcrest as shown here:
There is no way in hell something that brightly colored is just for aesthetics, the Praetorian also has bright glowing spots for its Chest and its shown to be a weakpoint as shown below:
she's definitely a boss and seems to be built up as one, now how much she'll actually appear in the campaign itself who knows, I'm hopeful for 2 of the 3 missions but I know for a fact she probably wont appear in the first mission since it will inevitably act as a introduction to the Pathogen enemies and they probably wouldn't want to immediately throw the Queen in but either way I'm pretty happy to see a fightable Queen for once, hopefully it means we will get a normal Queen boss at some point too
Put simply, if you could take any of the Alien, Predator and/or Alien vs. Predator games and create an adaptation for the big screen or the small screen, which ones would you adapt.
For me, personally, I'd like to make a TV adaptation of Predator: Concrete Jungle, which focuses on the century-spanning story of a Predator named Scarface.
After messing up on a hunt in New Way City in 1930 and unintentionally allowing the villainous Borgia Family to acquire some of his Predator gear, Scarface is given an opportunity for redemption.
Returning to New Way City in 2030 (now renamed Neonopolis), Scarface must destroy those who have exploited his Predator technology and bring down the Borgia Dynasty in order to reclaim his lost honor.

Curious to see which games you think should receive a TV/Movie adaptation.
So awhile back I made a series of posts explaining potential story based DLC and how they could work, I think I was spot on with one of them but before I get onto that I'll leave the link to the Twitter post showing a brief glimpse of what's to come:
https://twitter.com/AliensFireteamE/status/1534218630308671489?t=Kmt8iJj3F5vypGLa_zMA2Q&s=19
Now hopefully you watched it because I'm going to talk about my post idea and how I think its leading into a Ultramorph appearance as well as Neomorphs, I feel like everyone is aquantied with the Neomorph but for people who dont know what a Ultramorph is it's a extremely powerful Alien spawned from a Engineer
They have been shown throughout comics to be extremely powerful typically being depicted as more dangerous than a Queen and from what we are shown the evidence matches up
The Shadow on the wall appears massive and accompanied by the loud footsteps lead me to believe its something gigantic and the Ultramorph fits that description
The teaser also shows dead Xenomorphs and wouldn't you know it but the Ultramorph is also known to be hostile to other Aliens as in one of its comic appearances it destroyed a Hive.
To put the final nail in the coffin the teaser is heavily focused on the Ancient Ruins, the same ruins where the Engineers supposedly resided.
So seems like it's most definitely a Ultramorph which if it is I cannot wait for it, it's always been a badass and powerful alien and it's great to see it get a updated modern rendition.
Also as for the Neomorph you can see it if you look close enough to the background
I have updated all the logs from the videogame Aliens versus Predator 2.
I included all of those that were missing and added the logs from the expansion Primal Hunt.
Enjoy: https://avp.fandom.com/wiki/Aliens_versus_Predator_2_text_logs
It has been a pleasure, this is one of my most favourite videogames ever. Big thanks to Xerruy who made the original article back in the day. TitoReni out.

So I've talked about this game before and I want to talk about what I think is now going to happen because it seems like my old predictions were wrong so I'm basing this around the content listed in the roadmap as well as things that would make sense to add more variety to gameplay
So to start we already got a new mode with Point Defense, and the Phalanx class as sort of the big additions into the game for their respective title updates
So first of all I want to try predicting Season 3 and what content will be added, for the Class I got 1 of 2 ideas
The first one could be Synthetic based class, it's been talked about before with fans and having a synthetic class would make sense into the roster, I'm not too sure what its abilities would be though
The second one is far more unlikely but alot more fun, the second one I'd personally would like to see is like a Xenomorph tamer, like I said not likely although it would be fun to sick a Xenomorph at your enemies, if I had to guess the Xenomorph type would be the Prowler, it could pin enemies as a special ability and attack similarly to the runners, I could see the upgrades diverging into the Spitter and Drone as well, Drone would be more tanky and the Spitter would help snipe at enemies
As for the new feature in Season 3 I'm thinking its likely a first person mode, or would keep players busy experiencing the game through a whole new perspective and would get players replaying through the game through a different view, if World War Z can do it then why not Aliens Fireteam Elite
And now Season 4, the feature is alot more harder to predict because I feel like a first person feature is a obvious go to addition that everyone would like
If I had to guess the mode I think it could be a boss rush based mode where you fight multiple bosses, that's my best guess anyways but another I could see is a Queen Boss Fight mode, where players would have to coordinate to take down and kill the Queen, I think alot of people were disappointed by the Queen and that would be a way to redeem the appearance she made
As for the new feature I think another very positive addition would be a AI Director Implementation, the game has alot of scripted enemies, for example you know a Crusher will always spawn on Campaign 3 mission 1, a good way to enhance gameplay would be to mix it up to where maybe it's not Crusher but warriors, or a mix of both, it would mix up gameplay tremendously and I cant imagine anyone being disappointed by it, of course there would still be scripted spawns such as Monica or the very first warrior you fight to introduce the enemies but overall it'll make for unique experiences everytime you play
That's my predictions but a honorable mention would be a feature revolving around Monica, she was severely underutilized but having a powerful enemy stalking the player throughout the game would be a interesting addition for certain
May the discussion begin
I am posting this after the top 5 least likely to come and I was working on the post before then but I'm releasing it after
I think the Ultramorph is basically as good as confirmed and I made a post similar but since launch and beating the game I think they have everything they'd need to introduce the Ultramorph as one of if not the most powerful enemy in the game
Here are my reasons for thinking why the Ultramorph will come to Aliens Fireteam Elite:
The aesthetics match perfectly - the game is highly focused around the Pathogen and Engineer society with it making references to Prometheus for example as well as including the Pathogen and even a Engineer Juggernaut ship, which I will get more into the ship later but considering the Ultramorph is a concept introduced in the original film and has been a big curiosity among the fanbase it seems extremely fitting for it to appear.
Build up leading to the Ultramorph - yep in the games third campaign we go through a Juggernaut Ship and destroy its power cores preventing it from taking off, while it doesn't say it outright we can assume that the power to the ships engines wasn't the only thing damaged in the final fight, it could potentially build up to Engineers on the ship coming out of the now disabled cryosleep and wrecking havoc on LV-895 not only introducing the Engineers as a possible enemy but also giving the perfect opportunity for a disoriented Engineer to get facehugged.
The Developers have showed possible interest into adding it into the game - so I have talked to the developers on twitter and have brought up the Ultramorph before and they liked my mention of it and have showed interest as well as other people there being amused at the idea, not only that but it would also be the first depiction of the Ultramorph since the Space Jockey redesign into the Engineers so they could also make the first depiction of the monster post remake which is something I think they'd definitely want to do by making the first redesign from a Engineer.
Gives us a satisfying Final Boss - so I think everyone can agree that the ending of Aliens Fireteam Elite was rather disappointing, the ending sequence was just another press the buttons ending just like 2 of the other ending levels and it's extremely disappointing that there wasn't a final boss especially since the Queen only appeared for 2 minutes in the game of which you have to run away from her making for a rather bland a lifeless ending, I think the Ultramorph would give us what the ending failed to do by giving us a proper Final Boss and it would finally make another alien the final boss as it's typically Queens if even, and it makes sense as the Ultramorph is one of the few Xenomorphs that could match if not outright beat an Alien Queen.
Fits perfectly into the story - The Ultramorph fits perfectly into every category so far, it fits into the build up and ending of the game currently, it makes perfect sense aesthetically, it gives the players a satisfying boss fight and there's alot they could do with it when they work it into the story.
So now for how I would implement it into the game, I'd have the entire campaign it's introduced in be one big boss battle where you have to break down its health
It would attack every faction and the player could wear it down as well to take its health down as much as possible for the final level of the campaign, continuing the campaign run carries your damage dealt over to the next mission, if you choose a level randomly from the hub then it would spawn with a certain amount of health based on the level chosen and the difficulty.
Gameplay wise it would be around Queen sized if not bigger and chase players around acting as a hybrid between Mr X from Resident Evil 2 and a typical Raid boss being a large and powerful intimidating presence that chases players throughout the level and acts as a horrifying and powerful enemy that can beat players easily if they aren't careful, it would slash and slam players around and can vomit acid similarly to it's incarnation in Infestation that could one shot players if they dont watch out for the attack
It should also have a horrifying aesthetic (I think the concept shown above would be perfect making it terrifying looking and lean more into the horrifying giant aspect).
So I see alot of suggestions as to what people want added, and most of them make absolutely no sense whatsoever, not to be rude but there are definitely some that just make no sense for various reasons and are fan favorites as opposed to the suggested Aliens actually making sense
Before I begin I would like to add that I would too enjoy them being added into the game, but that doesn't change the fact that they are basically pipedreams with essentially no buildup to connect to the games story, also I'll be ranking them from most likely all the way down to least likely
5. Carrier
I would LOVE to see both the Carrier and Ravager in Aliens Fireteam Elite but I think their AVP license kind of makes it abit awkward and random to implement, now I think it would be the best Xenomorph that's around Queen size that could be a normal boss enemy like the Praetorians, their fairly squishy and they could be a pretty tough challenge but I just cant see it getting added although mechanically it could definitely work it would just feel out of place and abit random for inclusion
4. Ravager
Speaking of heartbreak the Ravager is the one I'd love most of these 5, it's a very badass Xenomorph and it would be incredible seeing it update as a boss with its hulking size and massive blades, unfortunately it just doesn't make much sense similarly to the last option, it's not as soft and squishy as a Carrier either so it would be tougher to beat and would in turn be harder to implement.
3. Rogue/Alien King
I have seen So many people Ask for this to be in the game, the issue is it makes absolutely no sense whatsoever
While it's a very cool Xenomorph it wouldn't really serve much purpose to the story they are trying to tell and that's something alot of people forget about, does it even make sense?
Furthermore we dont even have a Queen boss fight, making a King boss fight is a Massive leap, like dont get ahead of yourself and run before you crawl
And finally while it is cool the only reason people want it is because its cool, which it is very cool but it makes no sense and people get way to ahead of themselves on this
2. Deacon
The most pointless addition possible, now to be brutally honest I like Nothing about the Deacon, its lame, doesn't do anything and in terms of gameplay it would contribute absolutely nothing, like what would it do run at you and swipe? Theres nothing special about it and while thematically it fits with the whole Engineer theme it just isn't a good candidate for inclusion, that being said I think a Deacon inspired Horde map would be great, but as a enemy it would be a complete waste.
1. Gorilla Alien
This is easily the most ridiculous request people have had
It makes no sense story wise as why would they bring Gorillas to a Alien planet and even as post game content the latter still applies except it would be even more out of place and bizzare
It's a ridiculously popular Alien, but it doesn't make sense and popularity doesn't translate to story and gameplay
The gameplay speaking of which could be somewhat interesting but its nothing too special either
And finally while I could see them using a excuse like alien gorillas that inhabit LV-895 they would ultimately not serve much purpose other than another target to fill bullets with
Now that I've shattered the dreams of countless people (myself included) do you agree with these and the reasons? Do you think somehow they could fit into the story the game and book tell?
Go on ahead and tell me what you think

The last campaign currently, I have mixed feelings about it.
Starting with the Likes:
Good and nice level design with the Hive making for eerie and cool environments
The first level honestly was great, I loved the turret aspect with the game having turrets that you can activate to help you fight which was great, the level also brings back the Synthetics which was nice to see them again outside the second campaign
The second level was fun but nothing special compared to the first level
And the third level, I have afew things to say about that level but just know I didn't particularly find it great
Now onto the Enemies, the campaign introduces 4 new enemies, it introduced the Eggs which are surprisingly stealth, their honestly very hard to see sometimes and their ironically more stealth than the Prowlers, Facehuggers are a cool addition that mostly act as a distraction more than anything honestly but still they can be hard to see and do good in throwing players off, the Praetorian which is my favorite enemy addition in this campaign, they are extremely powerful being even more tankier than the Crushers and can be a intimidating boss enemy to go against, and finally the Queen, I have many things to say about her but not many are positive but since we are in the likes section I do got to say the Queens design in the game is beautiful, she looks fantastic and I love how good she looks and in all fairness for the first time she can be a intimidating presence as she towers over everything else the game has to offer.
And now for the Dislikes:
First of all this campaign is kind of like a downward spiral, the first mission was great and I loved it, the second was okay and I didn't like the last mission so that's a pretty big sligh against this campaign.
Also onto the enemies, I think it feels weird having eggs and facehuggers this late into the game with no appearance whatsoever in the campaigns before, this is probably my least negative point here but it is a pretty odd feeling.
And speaking of disappointments let's talk about the third missions ending, boils down to press the buttons, again, the Queen appears sure but she is arguably one of the worst Queen "bosses" in the Alien franchise, you cant actually fight her and she just is devolved into big scary thing to run away from which I hate, it's just extremely anticlimactic and unsatisfying having this be not only the final mission of the campaign but of the game as of now and its arguably my least favorite end mission because of it.
Speaking of Queen let's rip into why I don't really like it, like at all, First of all like I said in the previous points she is just devolved into big scary thing to run from at the end, Second she only appears after you finish the repetitive end button pressing object on the FINAL MISSION, So she literally only appears in the last mission for about 2 minutes so she's completely wasted in her use as is, and Finally She's just not impressive, I think alot of people are sick of the Queen becoming this generic "you cant do anything to it so run away" in modern games and hell I'll make a miniature list separate from this one and continue in another bullet point of how often it's become
Alien vs Predator 2010, now yes you can "fight her" but is it really a fight when she just sits there while her minions do all the work, it's not a real boss fight
Alien Infestation now to give credit where credit is due it is the best of the games I'll list since it does have a proper boss battle against the Queen on your first go at her, the second time however is just press the buttons to open the airlock and avoid big scary thing, I guess it caters to both worlds.
Aliens Armageddon - shoot the weak points, no health bar or anything and while it's not as good as a health bar boss battle it's better than 2010 and Fireteams Queen "bosses" and she can fly so It makes things abit more interesting.
Aliens Colonial Marines - run away from big scary thing, extremely disappointing although I think she's better than both the AVP 2010 and Fireteam Elite Queens since she appears alot more in her respective game.
And finally Fireteams Queen, disappointment that had alot of potential just wasted and only was in the game for about 2 minutes
As a final side note these are all modern games, she's slowly over the years devolved more and more into a plot device and it's a real shame, I want a real boss fight against the Queen especially in a game based on Aliens with more action
It's a shame that the Queens have fallen so far from grace and dont get the treatment they deserve of having a fleshed out boss battle, I wanted to feel like the ultimate badass, we've taken on a rogue Mother AI that controlled an army of Synths, we beat back hordes of Mutants and destroyed a Juggernaut ships cores and we take on loads of very powerful things such as the Praetorian and Crusher for example, would it not be the best way to end things off by proving yourself as The Ultimate Badass and taking on a Queen that would test all your skills and abilities you gained up until that point? This is why it's so disappointing and it's a sad thing to see happen because the Queen is a fantastic Alien and is easily one of if not the most iconic in the series but she just doesn't get the treatment she deserves especially in a game like this.
And now with my Mission 3/Queen rant over I do also want to mention I was disappointed by the fact the Pathogen never appeared again, the first level of the campaign brought back Synthetics and I was really hoping the Pathogen enemies would get at least one more level to shine but it didn't happen unfortunately.
Overall definitely not my favorite campaign, I can safely say Campaign 2 is my favorite now and this campaign is probably the second lowest of the 4, it has a great start but begins to ho downhill as you progress through the campaign
But it does tease more campaigns to come once you beat it so that's something that could be very exciting to see and hopefully they are a major improvement over this and improve upon the issues people had with the game and I'll review those when they come out and I beat them
So the game is great (haven't beaten it yet because I still got the last mission to beat but I know how it goes) and it has alot of cool bosses, but there are some that I think could easily be slotted in and make alot of sense from a gameplay, story and uniqueness aspect so here's the 5 I think are likely to come
5. Engineers
Engineers are fairly powerful in Alien lore considering one nearly beat a elder predator to death with relative ease so it makes sense that it would be a boss battle, it would probably be hostile to all factions and utilize grab and sheer Brute force to beat players to death and with the heavy Engineer focus in the story it's not to far off to say them destroying the ships cores could have snapped them out of cryosleep
4. Power Loader
Honestly very surprised one didn't make it in and it makes alot of sense being a extremely tanky boss enemy that can do severe melee damage if it gets close enough to players and given the fact there is one in the game I don't see why not since a model already exists for it, story wise I can see it being used to help try to exterminate the marines as Weyland Yutani uses its Synthetics to pilot them
3. Rat-X
Probably the hardest to fight for anyone who is arachnophobic and it would be a great addition into the game, they were in the book and were mutagen hybrids between rats and spiders so it would be a pretty terrifying enemy to fight as well as bring forth more stuff from the book, gameplay wise I'd love if it had a sort of drag away mechanic where it can pounce players and then drag them away as opposed to the usual pin would be horrifying as well as seeing it charge up and bite you, gameplay wise I think it would be great and act as a tankier boss compared to the Stalker and also adds more onto the Pathogen faction which is honestly extremely disappointing in terms of size so another enemy for that faction would be nice, it could also be explained as the previous Rat-X laid eggs on a ship during their escape and managed to spread around as well as ussuring in the Pathogen into the game for future again.
2. Alien Queen
Yes I know what your going to say "but its already in the game" and yes, but I think its pretty obvious that people were disappointed in the fact that we didn't get to fight her, in a game about fighting your way through hoards of aliens, synthetics and mutants its really disappointing that you don't get the privilege of fighting the Queen and feeling like the Ultimate Badass, story wise I could see them introducing a new Queen as a major threat while everything runs rampant on the planet and it would be a extremely powerful enemy having loads of health and requiring the players to utilize the environment and everything they got to take her down
1. Ultramorph
I've always said it and seeing the game now I think the Ultramorph is just too perfect to pass up as it ticks all the bars:
It would be a Queen sized alien that's immensely powerful that could act as a substitute for the Queen if all else fails giving the players that feeling of fighting off a towering behemoth of a Xenomorph.
It would be extremely powerful considering it was spawned from a Engineer and put the players skills to the test if they wanted to take down the extremely powerful Xenomorph maybe having the players wear it down over the course of the campaign to finally kill it in the last mission to show how monstrous the Ultramorph is since in the old canon they are strong enough to destroy entire hives, it could also spit acid like its Alien Infestation interpretation giving it a terrifying ranged attack that could literally melt through the players health if they aren't careful.
Story wise it would fit in perfectly and be explained that the juggernauts cores being destroyed awakened the Engineers and one managed to get facehugged creating a extremely powerful rampaging beast that destroys everything in its path, Xenomorph or not and would perfectly fit into this role as Engineers are extremely relentless and aggressive to begin with.
And I have brought the idea up to the devs and they have showed signs of being interested so it's likely we could see the first design for the Ultramorph since the Space Jockeys changed to Engineers.
I think the Ultramorph is the perfect candidate for a boss, its extremely powerful and intimidating while fitting perfectly into potential future content on a story premise and would be the first design of the Xenomorph since its shift from Space Jockey to Engineer which would make them the first people to make a canon depiction of the creature which is something I imagine is too enticing to pass up and it's always been a creature at the back of every alien fans heads since the first film so I think it would be perfect for the game
