This just my theory from when I first watched it. I'm guessing it all traces back to the queen and Ripley being clones of the real ones that died in 3. Let me explain, the queen was not a real Xenomorph queen which is why it gave birth to the Newborn. The Xenomorphs while loyal to the queen are like wolves. If the Alpha has a son and the son kills him he's the new alpha. Even some species of bugs do this when a new queen is born the kill or devour the old one. Same goes here. The Newborn killed the queen I'm just guessing because it is a direct result of Ripley's and Xenomorph dna mixing together in a test tube essentially. Resulting in this unnatural birth. But you could tell it took more after Ripley having a human face and skin. It is also basically a human Xeno hybrid. Which the clone of Ripley is in this movie which is why she has acid blood. So the newborn and Ripley had the same scent. Because the queen did not have the same scent as the the newborn itself. His xeno instincts took over and killed her but then he smells Ripley who smells like it so it saw Ripley as it's real mother. The queen did not see it coming because it let it's guard down because no mother assumes it's newborn would kill her and because the Newborn is technically a queen it was not a slave to it's mother's hive mind like in Alien Genocide where we find out queens can't read each other like they can their own drones. so she could not read it's intentions clearly. This is just a theory so don't quite me on it lol

No. It's just been a topic people have been discussing for a long time but it would be interesting depending on the Predator they would create for it.
Don't worry about it man. Only had one toxic guy here and I'm pretty he bolted when he got called out. We won't get toxic. We ain't a Star Wars Fandom hahaha
AVP they should just put it in colonial marine storyline rather than present day humans who have no idea what is going on and somehow win with no combat experience
Reboot. F**k Shane Black. I feel like they will keep it under the Fox name to avoid any controversy. But yeah considering how bad Shane Blacks attempt at making a trilogy storyline they will probably only ok it if it feels like any of the previous films. So just a random predator facing down random humans. At least that's what I hope
I feel like FOX and Dark Horse really missed an opportunity after Predator 2. Because seeing how unique every predator at the end was they could've have easily given each one their own movie or comic mini series. Because I'd really love to see Borg, Boar, Snake and Shaman's backstories because they were the most unique. Or at least give them their own in the Fandom or something

Honestly I'd assume it's done but keep your hopes up. Because a lot of what makes both creatures have some great movies and comics wise is how many questions you have afterwards and their mythos. However they do come out of nowhere they continue some of the stories get finished. Like with Machiko in AVP after broken tusk and she left the tribe you thought it was done then 3 world's war comes out same with Fire and Stone then bam Life and Death came out. So there is a 50/50 chance

It could work, sadly though Fox has proven they would not be up to the challenge. So if one was made they'd probably ruin it. If a new company acquired the rights I'd have a lot of hope for it.
I feel like with Predator they should just stick with the comics or at least adapt them to movies. Because while the movies keep downgrading the comics keep being as great as the last ones. Even managing to create more awesome and unique predators like Ahab and Hornhead! What do you guys think?

Clearly you did not read a single thing I typed. I never once said an unkind thing about Ahab I said he's now more badass but censored it in case it violated the admins rules and I said I now want to see what Hornhead origins are. Re read what I posted please. Also that's in English lettering not predator and predator language can not be spoken or pronounced by humans at all. Read the AVP comics about broken Tusk and the Three world's war for reference.

After reading AVP Fire & Stone not only did it prove even more how much more bad@** Ahab is. But I am now more curious about Hornhead. Does anyone else kind of want a spin off series or origins about him?
So which Predator do you think would win? Broken Tusk from the AVP comics or Scar Face from the Predator video Game Concrete Jungle?
I think It's mainly because they take on traits of the ones they bursted from and it's turned into a way to help them hunt better. Like how the first ever Xeno in the movies came from a well renowned doctor or how The Grid from AVP came from one of the doctors. I think they take on their hosts IQ and turn it towards their predatory instincts.
Yeah I agree but I think Wolf would expect that since he is an enforcer so he has probably dealt with a few bad bloods in his day.
Wolf he can come up with a well thought plan on a moment's notice. He also a high ranking from the Elite clan. Berserker would put up a good fight but Wolf's cunning and arsenal would beat him in the end. That's just me. Hahaha
