I personally can't chose, for it would be biased. I haven't even seen the new Romulus movie, so I can't judge how the Offspring would do in this fight.
It is difficult to decide. The NewBorn had the ability/advantage of brute strength, bulk, imposing size and mass, while the Offspring had the flexibility, endurance and agility. Their intelligence and stealth are the same.
