I think it goes without saying that facehuggers are probably the most disgusting and horrifying part of the life-cycle. Anyone who knows they are victims of one or are about to be, usually end up trying to kill themselves.

While the thread author was a bit crude about it by saying rape, it is true that it can be taken as a violation of the host body, and that was intentional on part of the creators, It is meant to make people feel uncomfortable.

Yea, they are pretty nasty, but they are definetly a important role in the movies, without those nasty little guys alien wouldnt be a thing, but i have arachnaphobia so i hate them too.

Pretty much an alien cross between a spider, a snake and a parasitic wasp (the kind that lay their eggs inside caterpillars, with the young wasps eating their way out later).

Why'd you watch the movies? The Alien franchise wouldn't be what it is without facehuggers.
